What SnapBgone Does

SnapBgone is an AI-powered tool that helps you price and list items for sale on online marketplaces. You upload photos of an item, and our AI analyzes them to suggest a price and generate a ready-to-copy listing.

Information We Collect

Photos you upload: Photos are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for item identification and pricing. They are processed in real time and are not stored permanently on our servers.

Optional description text: Any text you type to describe your item is also sent to the API for processing and not retained.

Listing history: Your past listings, including small compressed photo thumbnails, are stored locally in your browser's localStorage on your device only. This data never leaves your device, is never sent to our servers, and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser or app storage.

We do not collect: names, email addresses, account credentials, or any payment information.

Third-Party Services

Anthropic (Claude API): Photos and descriptions are processed by Anthropic's API. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of this data. See anthropic.com/privacy.

Vercel: SnapBgone is hosted on Vercel. Standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps) may be retained by Vercel per their policies.

Data Storage

SnapBgone does not operate a user database. No account is required. All personal listing history is stored only on your own device via localStorage and is deleted when you clear your browser data.

Children's Privacy

SnapBgone is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
